These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HRS CloudWorks website and products, including RequestTrac, HRMS, and our Hospital Management platform (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Service Usage
HRS CloudWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable order or subscription agreement. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time to improve functionality, security, or performance.
User Responsibilities
When using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating accounts or submitting forms
- Keep login credentials confidential and secure
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Not use the Services to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with HRS CloudWorks, RequestTrac, HRMS, and our Hospital Management platform are the property of HRS CloudWorks or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Any data you input into the Services remains yours; we use it solely to provide and improve the Services.
Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRS CloudWorks disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
